All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and milestones are discussed and approved in writing (via email, statement of work, or WhatsApp message records) before development begins.

Client Ownership: Upon full settlement of agreed project milestone invoices, all custom application source code, database structures, business logic, and graphic assets developed exclusively for the client become 100% property of the client.

CodeWithCPN Assets: The CodeWithCPN brand name, logo, personal portfolio design, written blog posts, and educational guides remain the intellectual property of CPN Prajapati, protected under applicable copyright laws.

To maintain smooth progress and mutual trust, software projects follow an organized milestone model:

• Milestone 1 (Kickoff): Initial advance upon requirement finalization and architecture blueprint.
• Milestone 2 (Core Build & Demo): Payment upon staging environment demo of backend logic, databases, and APIs.
• Milestone 3 (Final Delivery): Final settlement upon production deployment, source code repository handover, and verification.

All code is crafted following strict industry standards (modular architecture, sanitized inputs, CSRF & bot protection, parameterized SQL queries). Every completed project includes a standard 15 to 30 days of complimentary bug-fix support post-deployment to ensure your live system operates flawlessly.

While every measure is taken to build secure and resilient software, CPN Prajapati shall not be held liable for damages, service interruptions, or losses resulting from third-party hosting server failures (AWS, VPS, cPanel outages), domain registrar issues, unannounced third-party API deprecations, or unauthorized modifications made to the source code by client personnel after project handover.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. In the event of any disputes, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
